  1. Senior Architect

    Summary of Position

    Our firm is looking for a senior project architect to join our growing team. The Senior Project Architect is responsible for planning, organizing, creating and supervising the project construction documents. This position establishes and monitors all technical requirements, manages the project team and prepares schedules to ensure efficient use of resources, oversees, creates and develops drawings and specifications. The Senior Project Architect is responsible for coordination with consultants and has the authority to direct, control and monitor production activities. Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of the technical aspects of architecture and engineering.

    Major Responsibilities

    Perform planning, feasibility studies and building assessments.
    Formalizes and prioritizes the tasks involved in producing construction documents.
    Ensures that the project conforms to technical requirements and is code compliant.
    Effectively manages project budget to ensure profitability.
    Efficiently manages project schedules to ensure completion of deliverables within allocated time frames.
    Maintains positive and productive relationship with clients, consultants, code authorities, contractors and coworkers.
    Effectively and proactively establishes dialogue with team members to provide performance feedback.
    Implements the firm’s proprietary processes to reduce risks and ensure uniform quality in all production of the contract documents.
    Demonstrates efficiency, quality assurance and professionalism in all aspects of project development.

    Qualifications

    MA or better in architecture is required.
    Must have 15+ years of relevant experience as a project architect.
    Ability to deliver a comprehensive and complete set of construction documents.
    Ability to understand how buildings in Florida are constructed and to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be done.
    Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
    Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize, work, efficiently and produce quality product.
    Must be able to multi-task and communicate well with the team consultants and clients.
    Registered Florida Architect with strong working knowledge of Florida building codes.
    Must have practical and working knowledge of AutoCAD & REVIT.

  2. Junior Architect

    Summary of Position

    Our firm is looking for a dedicated Junior Architect with strong individual design and problem solving skills to join our growing team. This is a challenging position with the opportunity for growth and development.

    Major Responsibilities

    Assist Project Architects with projects, but have the ability to work independently.
    Develop projects from pre-design through construction documentation.
    Coordinate transformation of initial rough product designs into working documents using Auto CAD and/or REVIT.
    Modeling based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specifications, and other data.
    Collaborate with design professional and project participants during the modeling and coordination processes.
    Create typical details and trade details.
    Accurately complete complex drafting assignments.
    Review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
    Consult with employees and clients or consultants on the development of plans and specifications.
    Coordinate and communicate with entire project team including engineering, construction, building owner, and building officials.

    Qualifications

    BA or better in architecture is required.
    Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of Florida building codes, standards and building structures.
    Must have practical and working knowledge of CAD & REVIT.
    Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize, be detail oriented, efficient and produce a quality product.
    Must be able to multi-task, communicate well with the team and maintain organization in a changing environment.
    Must be resourceful and able to work under firm deadlines.
    Must exercise sound judgement and represent the firm with a high level of professionalism.
    Grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges.

  3. Intern Architect

    Summary of Position

    Our firm is looking for a detail oriented design professional to establish and develop their expertise as an entry level Architecture Intern.

    Major Responsibilities

    Work directly with Senior Architect.
    Participate in the development of a project from preliminary design through construction documents.
    Participate and contribute to design discusses, idea generation and design work in drawing, model and 3D image formats.
    Generate revisions and corrections from outline mock-ups, redlined drawings and project document sets.
    Attend client meetings to observe the overall process and develop presentation skills.

    Qualifications

    BA or better in architecture is required.
    Must have practical and working knowledge of CAD & REVIT.
    Self-motivated individual, with the ability to prioritize, be detail oriented, efficient and produce quality product.
    Must be able to multi-task, communicate well with the team and maintain organization in a changing environment.
    Must be resourceful and able to work under firm deadlines.
    Must exercise sound judgment and represent the firm with a high level of professionalism.

  4. Interior Designer

    Summary of Position

    Seeking an experienced Florida registered Interior Designer with a minimum of five years of experience and proven track record.

    Major Responsibilities

    Creating innovative designs for premium custom residential, hospitality and club amenity projects (country clubs, golf clubs, fitness centers, spas).
    Collaborate with other project consultants in the design, development and documentation of interior architecture.
    Researching, designing, budgeting, presenting and documenting contract finishes / FF&A packages.

    Qualifications

    Degree in Interior Design
    Execute the multiple facets of interior design capturing the unique personality, needs and desires of the client.
    Work well in a collaborative studio setting with other architects, interior designers, draftsmen & administrative staff.
    Creative, dedicated, passionate & ability to multitask.
    Punctual, organized & disciplined
    Work experience in the design, coordination, & documentation of millwork, general decorative illumination and low voltage systems.
    Proficiency in AutoCad, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
