PHILOSOPHY

While technology, building construction methods and regulations continually change, our philosophy is based on the following constants:

Innovation - We believe that successful design must be highly flexible, allowing change and the adaptation of new and emerging technologies. Our goal is to develop innovative, creative and economical design solutions that meet the budget and serve the client's needs.

Value - We believe there is inherent value in a well-conceived design and detailed construction documents that leave no doubt as to the intent of the design. The result is a project with fewer change orders, delivered on time and at the budgeted cost. Attention to detail yields real cost savings.

Partnering - We believe in a Team Partnering approach to projects that put the Owner, Contractor and Architect on the same team in order to achieve "our" common goals. Partnering helps create a shared vision of the project and cultivates a problem-solving attitude among the team members from the inception of the project.

PROGRAMMING

Through owner and end user interviews or the Design Charette, an architectural program is developed for the project that is reflective of the vision, mission and desires of the owner. Space requirements, building amenities, site constraints and budget are studied and considered to arrive at a final design.

INTERIOR DESIGN

We match our clients' project specific criteria with our knowledge and experience in planning, detailing, finishing and furnishing the built environment. The results are physical space that meets and most often exceeds our clients' expectations.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Using the latest in digital technology as well as traditional techniques, we create effective, functional and impressive graphics for in-house architectural and interior projects and outside requests. We specialize in brochures, renderings, illustrations and presentation displays.

PROJECT DELIVERY

Well detailed Construction Documents and Construction Observation help to minimize Change Orders and budget overruns. The result is a project that is delivered on time and at the budgeted cost.
