Woodfield Country Club



Woodfield Country club has over 1400 members with the identity in South Florida as the youthful, family friendly club. The architectural style adopted for this replacement Clubhouse is West Indies Island Colonial. The project was a multi-phased project built over a three-year period on a restricted site while maintaining ongoing operations and services.

The project included a new 95,000 square foot club house with a separate cart barn building and associated site work; 7,000 square foot tennis center with new tennis courts and site work, 42,000 square foot fitness center/spa building with site work. Designed entirely with a precast concrete, the 95,000 square foot club house achieved dry-in within 5 months and was completed for member use within 14 months.
