Le Ciel Park Towers
Common Area Remodeling
Le Ciel is located right in the heart of Venetian Village in Naples and it is surrounded by amazing Gulf and Intercoastal Views. The Tower was named after French Word La Ciel for “Skies”. The design vision for this common space was to create a décor which felt like walking on clouds. An outdated 3-ft. front door was expanded to a 12-ft. sliding door with side lights creating a more welcoming and open feel for residents as they enter the main doors. The over-scaled Italian Carrara tiles create an open, light and airy feel.
All ceilings were raised and redesigned to create a grand and luxurious feel. Custom decorative pendants which are a combination of chrome and glass, were placed throughout the space to create a playful reflection of natural streaming light sky-blue colors. These colors were also used in accent pieces of hand painted panel by Alex Turco and 3D panels by B&N Industries. Softer textures and colors were carefully selected for upholstered furniture and window treatments.
In the Social Room, the mural by Phillip Jeffries showcases the beautiful view from the water and creates an extraordinary feature wall. A spectacular custom area rug placed in the center of the soft seating area, ties in the movements of the sky. The colors are very soft and welcoming and serve more as a backdrop for the amazing view that are in full display through the full glass window/wall system.
