Clubhouse Interior Refurbishment
The High-End Senior Living owners and managers know a target market for new resident prospects comes from the luxury Golf and Country Club communities. These prospects have a comfort level with five-star service and design and wish to maintain a quality of life to which they are accustomed. Our reimaging program for the 65,000 square foot Senior Living Facility is enhanced by our experience with country club design. Beginning with the 1st impression, we replaced the front desk with a new backlit onyx reception desk and millwork columns to welcome guests and residents in a concierge fashion. The living room was refreshed, and furnishings reoriented to look out 2 story windows toward the pool and tropical setting.
The resident is encouraged to socialize and have most meals in their clubhouse dining facilities. Therefore, venue variety is key. Formal dining, Casual Dining and Café style dining offer these options. The Windsor, a formal dining room is an intimate venue with rich dark woods, leather chairs, candles and crisp white table cloths. The Verandah, a casual lunch and dining venue is flooded with natural light by skylights and clerestory windows. We opted for a saturated palette and a new buffet station focal point for the room with marble mosaic tile accent wall, new large rose motif carpet design and new furnishings. The third venue, the Cavendish, overlooks the pool for a more casual daytime dining experience using light weight rattan chairs and a coastal palette. Special care was taken in the selection of furnishings that meet the needs of the aging population.
