Royal Island is a private resort destination located in the Bahamas, located off the coast of North Eleuthera. The development, which was initially envisioned by Cypress Equities, included a mixed use of hotel and spa, a marine village, beach club, an 18 hole Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, as well as other amenities and residential uses. Peacock + Lewis was the Design Architect for the golf clubhouse, halfway house, maintenance facility, the Nicklaus private residence, along with prototypes for the Port Royal villas and Melanie Beach Homes.
