After investigating several solutions to expand the Fitness Center and Spa services to meet the growing demand for a two-story addition to the existing Clubhouse was the answer.
As Phase I of the membership approved a master plan, the new Fitness Center and Spa were created as an addition to the North end of the existing Clubhouse. To maintain a pleasant ambiance in the North chamber of the existing Clubhouse, a two-story atrium was created as the connector between the buildings. The cardio and weight studio is on the lower or arrival level connected to the Golf Locker Rooms. A stair and elevator in the atrium connected to the upper-level Spa and Floor Exercise Suites.
Separated with portable acoustical walls so various-sized classes can be accommodated, the floor exercise suite was designed to be acoustically isolated from the adjacent spa and the cardio or weight room studio below. The floor exercise suite is also isolated from the Clubhouse, with an atrium space to accommodate those waiting for the next class.
