Designed in “Old Florida” Cottage Vernacular, the new building was designed with an elevated main floor to capture the best views to the ocean, pool deck and tennis courts, to better withstand coastal storms and to provide covered parking and storage below.
A variety of dining options are provided for members and their guests. The main dining room, which is casual by day and informal in the evenings, features a two-story wood planked volume ceiling with clerestory light. The perimeter of the room has floor to ceiling glass on the views to the ocean and pool deck with banquettes and a display kitchen on the interior. Outside of the dining room, a covered deck provides pre-function cocktail seating and dining opportunities with views across an event lawn and pool deck to the sea beyond.
