Lost Tree Club – Fitness Center

After the successful completion of the new Lost Tree Clubhouse in November 2012, Peacock + Lewis was contracted to design the new two-story 14,000-square-foot Fitness Center and Spa building across the street.

The building was designed in the same “Island Classical” style as the clubhouse. Group wellness, group movement, physical therapy, weight training, cardio, stretching, and back-of-house staff support spaces are all accessed from the lobby on the first floor.  Warm wood flooring, a custom-designed reception desk, and retail displays welcome you upon entry. From the reception desk, views open to the fitness floor with studios for stretching, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise. Fitness equipment was customized with upholstery to compliment the soft color palette. Indirect lighting is used throughout to complement the abundant natural daylight and provide an uplifting fitness experience.

A comfortable residential-style stair welcomes you to the “Banyan Tree Spa” on the upper level, where the soothing color palette continues. Spaces on the upper level include a Reception and Spa Retail Space, Treatment Rooms, Locker Rooms, Steam Showers, Relaxation and Hospitality Room, and Staff Support Spaces.
