Naples Yacht Club

Naples Yacht Club clubhouse was originally built on the same site in 1960 over wooden piles which were constantly failing over the last decade. The charming old structure was unable to keep up with the current lifestyle trends and owner needs. The reasons for the enhancements were to maximize the wonderful views and offer members expanded opportunities to enjoy indoor and outdoor dining lifestyles while taking advantage of the location and the great weather we all enjoy in Southwest Florida in Season.

The yearlong Architectural Design process followed strategic planning, which lasted two years. Careful design consideration was paid to match the existing architectural style and certain key elements from the original building. The existing Southern side of the existing building was modified in order to include a new gathering lounge. It expanded bar along the Bay view with more indoor-outdoor terrace dining. A corner stairwell on the exterior has been removed to greatly enhance waterfront views on both floors.
