PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

The original Beach Club Project consisted of the demolition of a 50 year old beach club complex and reconstruction of a new two-story 35,000 sqft Beach Club containing Dining, Spa, Fitness, Pools, Cabanas, Kitchens and site work within a six month period. In 2012 a complete remodeling was undertaken bringing the Beach Club current to today’s casual lifestyle. The project included remodeling the existing Dining Room and Kitchen, Outdoor Bars, Dining Terrace and Grand Cabanas.

The remodeling of the Beach Club features custom sized and designed mahogany exterior doors which fold open to adjacent outdoor covered loggia providing a casual ocean front food and beverage experience. The interior design was converted from pastel flora to a transitional island classical décor with mahogany inlaid wood floors with flanking stone warm stained millwork trim and paddle fans and new lighting. High backed rattan banquettes along the interior walls combined with large potted palms help to enhance the tropical oceanfront dining experience.

The bar experience was enhanced with the design of an eat-at outdoor covered “see through” bar providing a visual connection to the cabanas and terrace dining under the grand stair leading to the upper level pavilion. The original cabanas were redesigned to provide gracious and comfortable indoor and outdoor covered, trellised and open relaxation space overlooking the pool deck and ocean.
