Peacock + Lewis Role
Kadeem Blaize is a young Architectural professional with nearly 8 years of experience in Architecture and Design industry. His experience includes design computation skills, collaborative workflow with fellow designers/ Project Managers and visualizing spaces within the 3D realm. Kadeem joined the Peacock + Lewis family in May of 2023 as a Project Architect and BIM Coordinator.

Prior Experience
Before joining P+L, Kadeem served as an Architectural Project Designer for 2 years, working on luxury mid-rise multi-family residential projects and high-rise commercial projects based in West Palm Beach. Prior to this, he worked in Miami for 5 years in master planning and low-income affordable non-profit housing projects catering to low-income families throughout South Florida.

Certifications & Recognitions
Kadeem received his master’s degree in architecture from Florida International University and is also a certified Autodesk Revit/ AutoCAD operator. Kadeem studied abroad in Japan and received numerous workshops certificates and winner of the University of Japan design award. He is also an AIA Associate member.

Personal Life
Kadeem and his wife, Sabrina, live in West Palm Beach, FL, with their daughter Samantha and son Kameron. He enjoys fishing as a hobby in the south Florida waters and love using his hands in designing & building furniture. He also has a love for the digital side of life and takes part in 3d rendering, computer building, and 3d modeling.
