As an aspiring young architect, Laura is a respected team member with Peacock + Lewis since 2019. She is valued for her ambition, creativity, and dedication to searching for the best solutions for large projects such as Old Palm Golf Club, Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club and most recently, The Polo Club of Boca Raton.
Prior Experience
Before joining Peacock + Lewis, Laura had a varied work history as a Project Manager and Co-Founder/Partner of her own architectural firm in Lima, Peru. Her love of hospitality in architecture can be felt here in her quote, “ Hospitality is all about creating special experiences. And as a designer in the industry, the goal is no different. I love pushing the boundaries of originality while also creating spaces of comfort, elegance, and sophistication.
Certifications & Recogitions
Laura earned a masters Degree in City and Technology from the Institute of Advanced Architecture of Catalonia in Barcelona, Space and she holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture and Urbanism form Universidad Ricardo Palma in Lima, Peru. She is proud of her accomplishments of earning the Digital Citizen and Empowerment Award from IAAC on her thesis dissertation and multiple advanced programs in digital production and advanced English.
Personal Life
In her free time, Laura enjoys reading at the beach and hot yoga. She also tries to give back to the Florida community that welcomed her so kindly by supporting Hanna’s Home, a non-profit organization that provides a safe environment for single young mothers.
