With nearly 10 years of experience in three countries, Maria Eugenia possesses profound design and project management skills in the realm of architecture. As a Project Manager, she provides BIM planning expertise and top-notch leadership throughout the design phase of a project.
Prior Experience
Born to a family of Italian descent, Maria Eugenia grew up in Mendoza, Argentina. She has travelled extensively throughout South America, New Zealand, Europe, and the United States. Prior to joining P+L in 2021, Maria also worked in the world of country clubs designing clubhouses and amenities.
In New Zealand, Maria worked at an architectural firm where she was involved in the design and implementation of countless commercial and hospitality projects, some of which were for high-profile clients, such as the Four Point Sheraton Hotels chain and the Wellington Children’s Hospital.
In the United States, Maria’s passion for outdoor sports provided a compass toward country clubs. Over the last 5 years, she’s worked extensively in remodeling, designing, and overseeing the construction of new clubs.
Certifications & Recognitions
Maria holds a master’s degree in architecture, urbanism, and interior design, earned at the University of Mendoza, Argentina. Through AUTODESK, she obtained certification in REVIT Building Information Modeling (BIM). She is a member of the AIA.
Personal Life
Maria and her husband, Gerard, are the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl. Maria’s passion for sports ranges from kiteboarding on Florida beaches and Argentinean lakes, participating in running marathons, biking on trails in the foothills of the Andes, and photography. She also enjoys traveling and learning from other cultures.
